Refund Policy
AXIS gives you immediate access to digital content, so all sales are final. You can try the free sample lesson and browse the full curriculum before you buy.
When we’ll make it right
- You paid twice or overpaid by mistake: we’ll refund the extra.
- You can’t access the course after paying and we can’t fix it: we’ll refund you.
- Your payment arrived but access was never granted: we’ll activate it or refund you, your choice.
Refunds are sent back in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, to an address you provide, for the dollar amount you paid. Network fees may be deducted.
What we can’t refund
Payments sent to the wrong address or network, or to someone impersonating AXIS staff, can’t be recovered by us. Only pay an address posted by staff inside your own ticket. Accounts removed for breaking the community rules aren’t refunded.
How to ask
To request help or a refund, open a ticket in the AXIS Discord and include the email on your account and your transaction reference.
