Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of AXIS, including the website, the course, and the AXIS Discord. By creating an account or paying for access, you agree to them.
1. Education only
AXIS teaches physiology, pharmacology, lab interpretation, and how to evaluate evidence. It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed physician. Nothing on AXIS recommends that you use any substance. AXIS does not sell, supply, or help anyone obtain any drug, supplement, or other substance, and it does not provide dosing or cycle protocols. Many substances discussed in the course are prescription-only or controlled, and possessing or using them without a prescription may be illegal where you live. You are responsible for your own decisions; talk to a doctor before making any decision about your health.
2. Your account
Access is personal to the email on your account. Don’t share your login, resell access, or let others use your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared or abused.
3. What “lifetime access” means
Lifetime access means access to the course, including future modules and updates, and the Discord for as long as AXIS operates. Content may be added, revised, or reorganized over time. If AXIS ever shuts down, we’ll give reasonable notice where we can.
4. Payment
Access is a one-time payment at the price shown when you enroll. Prices for new buyers rise as seats sell; your price never changes after you pay. Payments are currently made in cryptocurrency through a ticket with AXIS staff. Only send payment to an address given by staff inside your own ticket. AXIS is not responsible for payments sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or to anyone impersonating staff. See the refund policy.
5. Community rules
In the Discord and anywhere else AXIS hosts discussion: no sourcing (no vendors, links, or requests for where to get anything), no telling others what to take or how much, no harassment, and no spam. Breaking these rules can get you removed without a refund.
6. Content ownership
The lessons, quizzes, diagrams, simulators, and other materials are owned by AXIS. You may use them for your own learning. Don’t copy, redistribute, or republish them without permission.
7. No warranty
We work to keep the content accurate, but science changes and mistakes happen. AXIS is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. If you find an error, open a ticket in the AXIS Discord and we’ll fix it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AXIS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from decisions you make based on the course. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for access.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use AXIS after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. For questions, open a ticket in the AXIS Discord.
